We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 10 days of the original delivery date.
If more than 10 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@yosemiteeyewear.com to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 5% restocking fee may apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Pieces from select collections, including:
- Nina Mûr
- Pierro Massaro
- Jacques Marie Mage
- Leisure Society
Due to the precious materials, gold-plated components, and limited production of Leisure Society frames, all purchases from this collection are considered final sale.
Additionally:
Jacques Marie Mage Collection
Due to limited production, all Jacques Marie Mage purchases are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
