Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: In-stock frame-only orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Prescription lens orders may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on customization. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and customs fees may apply depending on your location.

Eye Exams

Q: Do you offer eye exams?

A: Yes! Comprehensive eye exams are available by appointment with our licensed doctor of optometry.

Our doctor accepts most major medical insurance plans for medical eye examinations, including screenings for dry eye, allergies, and overall eye health.

Please note: We do not accept MassHealth, Wellsense for eye exams.

Vision plans such as VSP and Davis Vision are also not accepted.

Insurance & Payments

Q: Do you accept vision insurance?

A: We currently only work with Eyemed Vision Insurance for direct billing. If you’re an Eyemed member, we’ll handle the paperwork for you.

We do not accept VSP or Davis Vision at this time. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide an itemized receipt for possible reimbursement.

Q: Can I use FSA or HSA funds?

A: Yes! You can use your FSA or HSA card at checkout for both prescription eyewear and lenses. We’ll also provide a detailed receipt for your records.

Prescription Lenses

Q: What are prescription lenses?

A: Prescription lenses are custom-made lenses designed to correct your vision based on your eye doctor’s prescription. They can be tailored for distance, reading, computer use, or multiple vision needs in one lens.

Q: How long does it take to make prescription lenses?

A: Prescription lenses typically take 5–14 business days to produce, depending on the lens type and customization. More advanced lenses, such as progressives or specialty coatings, may take slightly longer.

Q: What coatings are available for prescription lenses?

A: Common lens coatings include:

Anti-reflective (AR) coating

Scratch-resistant coating

UV protection

Blue light filtering (optional)

These coatings improve clarity, comfort, and lens durability.

Q: Can I return prescription eyewear?

A: Because prescription lenses are custom-made, they are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Frame-only purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Please note:

  • All prescription lens orders are final sale, as they are custom-made.

  • All contact lenses are final sale .
  • Jacques Marie Mage, Nina Mur, Pewpols, and Piero Massaro are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Q: Do you cover return shipping?

A: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or delayed return shipments.
