We make every single one from scratch. From designing the prototypes to achieving the desired result.

 Around 85% of the glass frame construction process is manual in making the piece.

We create our plywood with thin, flexible, and resistant laminas from Finnish birch wood. We initially shape it into a curve to adjust the facial contours and guarantee resistance.  

 It is then pressed for over 20 hours.  

Then we cut them using CNC (computer numerical control).  

We’ve programmed our cutting software to add three-dimensionality and guarantee precision, quality, and comfort.

The production processes that follow are 90% manual: sanding, varnishing, the assembly of parts and lenses, as well as numerous quality checks throughout the process.
